I had an excellent experience with Oxnard Tow Services Inc.'s locksmith service. The technician responded quickly, arrived sooner than expected, and had my vehicle unlocked in just a few minutes. He was professional, courteous, and took great care to avoid any damage to my vehicle. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you ever find yourself locked out of your car, I highly recommend Oxnard Tow Services Inc. for their fast response time, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. One piece of advice moving forward: keep a spare key in a secure location, use your vehicle's mobile app if available, and always do a quick key check before locking the door. It can save you time, money, and frustration. Thank you again for the great service!

My van was on the side of the road called AAA. They dispatched Oxnard towing service and they refused to tow my van over empty tool boxes in back. It’s a normal ford e250 van with empty tool boxex and he refused to even look at the back. Simply said it weighs too much. I guess the driver has built in weight scale in his eyes. IF YOU NEED A TOW do not use this company. 0 professionalism.

We had a great experience with Scott from Oxnard Tow who came out and replaced our car battery. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and stress-free, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable these days, but Scott definitely delivered. Highly recommend his services.

Had my car towed yesterday, 23 December from the Oxnard plane to my home in Hueneme. Julio was the truck driver (Trk 101) even though he was very nice, he parked my car so badly that I received a ticket and it was threatened to be towed. I know it was dark, but he had lights on the back of his truck and he still couldn’t park it straight in the space available. I was kind of disappointed since you consider yourselves, professional tow truck operators..
